I'm just your average 30-something guy who happens to enjoy music, gaming, and figuring out new ways to manage my money effectively.

My introduction to writing for an online audience started at Epinions.com (I even used the same screen name).  The experience left me hungering for more control, so I created and managed the gaming review site Solinari Gaming using the alias Shade for several years following my departure from Epinions.

Today, I devote the majority of my spare time towards writing.  Freelancing is a nice diversion, but my long-term goal is to produce work that I can claim ownership of -- thus, I signed up for HubPages and here I am.  If you like what you read, consider checking out my Xbox Indie Game blog as well.
